Franchisee of Abacus training can be taken up basically by person who have an urge to do something on their own, have an interest in academics and have the required finance, be they housewives, persons who have retired or taken VRS or educationist who wish to do business of their own.

The Franchisee

Training Fees : Rs.1000/- for each module to be deposited before beginning of each module.

The Training of Instructors
A comprehensive training will be imparted to Instructors either at corporate office or at the center of Master Franchisee. The training will be of three days for first module. After the first module training, subsequent trainings will be of two days given at intervals of three months after completions of each module.

After completion of each module the instructors has to appear for an assessment test and obtain 80% , failing which he has to appear for a re assessment.
  
Before, training the Instructor preferably young dynamic graduate female less than 35 years of age, pleasing personality, good communications skills well conversant in English having a passion for teaching & capability to handle children will have to be identified and appointed by the Franchisee because only Certified Course Instructors will be authorized to take classes. The course Instructor will have to entire into an agreement with the Corporate Office for a period of three years.

WHAT THE COMPANY WILL DO FOR FRANCHISEE
After entering into an agreement the company will be provide following publicity, promotional and study material to the franchisee:

THE INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIRED FROM FRANCHISEE

Class Rooms : A well furnished ventilated illuminated class room of 200 Sq. Ft. with basic amenities like fan drinking water, white boards and marker pens.

Seating : Comfortable chairs and table for 20 children should be provided in the class  
Room. Display ‘ Abacus’ in the classroom so prominently, that it is visible to all 20 children in the batch .

Batch Size : Though each module can have one batch but in each batch the total strength shall not exceed 20.

Schools
The other avenue through which children can learn abacus aided mental Arithmetic are schools. It will be ideal for students if they can have a period of Abacus based mental Arithmetic class(If the schools opts to take up MMA)
